Attendee Directory

The attendee directory allows attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors to search for other event guests by name, company, job title, or interest. From this page users can decide to follow one another, send personal messages, or request meetings.

Attendee Profiles

Attendees create personalized profiles complete with event-specific interest tags and links to their existing social networking accounts (such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and their blog RSS feed). These pages allow attendees and speakers to find and connect with one another before, during, and after the event.

Company Profiles

Company profiles - filled with product information, links to social media accounts, and downloadable multi-media files (such as PDF brochures and videos) - enable exhibitors to stay in front of event attendees long before and after the actual event itself.

Speaker Profiles

Speaker profiles enable attendees to browse, learn about, follow, request meetings with, and send personal messages to event speakers. In addition, each speaker’s schedule is listed underneath their professional bio, providing an easy way for attendees to add the event sessions of a particular speaker directly to their personalized agenda.

Exhibitor / Sponsor Profiles

Exhibitor and sponsor profiles serve as virtual “booths” that stay in front of attendees before, during, and after the event itself. These profiles provide attendees with company contact information, an employee directory, a company overview, and links to the company’s social media accounts. In addition, a link from the exhibitor or sponsor’s profile to the event’s interactive map guarantees attendees can find them when the actual event arrives.

Search & Browse Everything

The search & browse feature provides attendees with many different ways to search for and filter through attendees, event sessions, exhibitors, and speakers. From this page they can also choose to add specific events to their personalized event agenda.

Follow People & Exhibitors

Follow other attendees, exhibitors, speakers and sponsors to be automatically kept up to date on their profile, public chatter and conversations, status updates, and event schedule.

Matchmaking

Users can press the “recommended” button for a personalized list of attendees, event sessions, and exhibitors that match their interests and personal profile. This unique feature makes it easier than ever to maximize, and personalize, the event experience.

Private Messaging

Users can quickly and easily send private messages to attendees, speakers, sponsors, or exhibitors, without sharing their personal email information.

Schedule Meetings

The “Request a Meeting” link on user profiles enables event attendees to request meetings with one another quickly and effectively.

Event Forums

Event forums allow site users to ask questions, provide feedback, and converse around a centralized topic.

Event Newsfeeds

The event newsfeed provides a way for users to stay up-to-date with industry and event-related news.

Social Media Integration

Users can easily integrate their event profile with existing social media accounts (such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and personal blog RSS feed) making finding connections and keeping in touch easier than ever.

Live Chat Channel

Real-time chat channel operates as an event-specific twitter feed on the homepage of your event website. This “chatter” feed provides a place for event attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors to share ideas, spark conversations, spread their message, and expand their social reach quickly, easily, and effectively.

Event Agenda

The event agenda is an overview calendar covering every event session and can be updated live and organized among multiple tracks if necessary. The event agenda is a powerful resource to keep everyone on the same page from the initial planning stages throughout the duration of the event.

Personalized Agenda

Users can create a highly-personalized agenda from the overall Event Agenda that can then be exported to an external calendar (such as Outlook or iCal), printed, and linked to interactive maps.
