As I think back about all of the historical events--the Challenger Disaster, Princess Diana&#039;s death, The Oklahoma City Bombing, Osama Bin Laden&#039;s demise--that I have a mental image of, I remember as much about the messenger as the message.I distinctly remember someone coming into my Mom&#039;s office to announce that the space shuttle Challenger had crashed, a newspaper headline with the sad news that Princess Diana had died, and the telephone call from by brother-in-law about Bin Laden. Those were the &quot;points of impact&quot; for me. So, to the extent that technology or social  media or mobile become the messenger,they too will become part of the memory.</description>
